X-Ray report
No definite fracture identified.

The bones appear very demineralised in nature. Hallux valgus deformity is noted at the 1st metatarsophalangeal joint.

There is also the suspicion of dorsilateral subluxation of the 2nd and 3rd metatarsophalangeal joints.

Degenerative changes are noted at the tarsometatarsal joints with increased sclerosis and loss of the joint spaces seen.

Appearances would be in keeping with the patient's known history of RA.
