On arrival he is strapped to a spinal board and is breathing and has a pulse. His respiratory rate is 4 and Sa02 82% on a non re-breathing mask, 15 litres of oxygen. His heart rate is 80, BP 120/90. Glasgow Coma Score is 7 (V1 E4 M2).
