A 21 yr old male presents to the ED having collapsed at work. Shortly before the collapse he complained of a severe headache. On arrival his GCS is 6. You decide to perform an RSI with thiopentone, fentanyl and suxamethonium and then do a CT scan. During the laryngoscopy you suddenly find you can't see anything: all is darkness.
