12 year old child attends the ED with Mum complaining of pain behind the left eye. She has had a cough cold for the last few days but today has complained of a moderate headache and has vomited 3 times.
Sensibly, she has taken Paracetamol with some relief. The pain is frontal and made worse when she blows her nose.
