A 43 yr old presents following a fall onto his R side. He has suffered with Reflex Sympathetic Dysrophy in R knee since an arthroscopy 7 years ago. He usually uses crutches as he is unable to weight bear on his R leg He . He now has increased pain and swelling in his in his knee.
