A 24 year old man is brought to the ED on Saturday night after being thumped in the eye. He is complaing of feeling very unwell with severe pain in his left eye. He cannot see anything out of the eye and has an obvious large swelling and protrusion of the globe.

There are no Ophthalmologists at your hospital.
